Processing & Delivery Time All our pieces are made to order with care and precision. Please allow 10–15 working days for your order to be stitched, finished, and dispatched.

Custom Stitching Every article can be stitched according to your personal measurements at no extra cost. Once you place your order, our team will reach out to confirm your measurements before stitching begins.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship across Pakistan. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Delays While we do our best to meet the stated timeline, custom-stitched pieces occasionally take slightly longer during peak season (Eid, wedding season) or for heavily embellished articles. We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp if there's any delay.
