Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. Custom-stitched pieces made to your measurements cannot be exchanged or altered once processed.

We do accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Standard (unstitched/pre-set size) items — size issue: If a standard size doesn't fit, it can be exchanged. Delivery charges for sending the item back to us and shipping the replacement out are borne by the customer.
  • Damaged or defective item: If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, it can be exchanged at no cost to you — this is our responsibility, and we'll cover all delivery charges.

To raise a request: Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 300 8562997 along with your order number and photos/video of the issue. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • Custom-stitched and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged for size issues.
  • No cash refunds are issued — all approved cases are resolved via exchange only.
